Managed People Services is looking to hire a Field Merchandising Manager to start as soon as
possible. The position is based New Germany, Durban.


Responsibilities:
• Client Trade Visits.
• In Trade Support.
• Effective Execution.
• Call Compliance Adherence.
• Ensure Vehicles Compliance.
• Data Management & Analysis
• Direct report management
• Performance management.
• Budget Management.
• Adhering to policies and procedures
• Effectively and efficiently manage the call cycle planning of each merchandiser in order to
reach the targeted number of calls per merchandiser per month
• Ensure that each merchandiser is executing effectively in trade according to the KPI’s laid
out by the client.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Grade 12
• Diploma / Degree relating to Sales and Marketing management.
• 2-3 years sales and merchandising experience in a related FMCG environment in a
management role.
• Liquor legislation
• Competition act
• Consumer protection act
