Managed People Solutions is looking for Enthusiastic, Young, and Vibey individuals to join the Bacardi Shake Your Future Program. We are looking for individuals  that have a keen interest in developing their skills and achieving a qualification that allows you to find a job as a bartender - between the ages of 18 and 29.

This is a 14 to 16 week accredited program which includes :

• Work Readiness Program
• Thirst Flagship Course
• Bar Attendant Skills Program 
• WSET Level 1 in Spirits

This Shake your future program is initiated by Bacardi who is a global company and is the largest privately held spirits company in the world. This a training program that will equip you with the skills and savvy to shine as a bartender. Bartenders are critical to the consumer hospitality experience. The bartender can be one of the initial contacts a customer has with the organization and sets the tone and atmosphere of the establishment. Bartenders are also experts when pairing the perfect drink to any occasion.
