Job Description

Managed People Solutions is looking for an Assessor and Moderator for a period of 12 months to coordinate a huge project based in Gauteng

Responsibility 
  • Plan and prepare for training and facilitation
  • Facilitate learning on a face to face and online sessions
  • Analyse learning needs of each learner/cohort and adapt training methods accordingly while ensuring that the learning outcomes are met.
  • Compile weekly and monthly training reports
  • Assess own work in accordance with program outcomes
  • Moderate learner work from time to time
  • Conduct on-site communication and administrative duties where required. 
Requirements
  • Registered Assessor and or Moderator
  • Subject Matter expertise in the relevant training programmes
  • Registered with the W&R Seta
  • Train the trainer certification
  • Experience in presenting online learning courses
  • Excellent communicator to various audiences.
