Job Description

Managed People Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to support product availability, stock control, and effective in-store presentation across assigned retail stores, ensuring brand standards are consistently maintained and sales objectives are supported.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pack shelves and ensure correct product placement

  • Maintain displays and promotional areas

  • Check pricing, signage, and stock levels

  • Report shortages, damages, or expired stock

  • Follow merchandising standards and call cycle

Requirements:

  • Aged between 18 and 28 years

  • N6 TVET Certificate (must be seeking completion of the required 18-month workplace experience)

  • No prior work experience required

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a professional retail environment

  • Good communication skills

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
