Job Description

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join a premium liquor outlet in Cape Town, specialising in whisky and wine website sales and party services.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring high standards of organisation and customer service.
  • Drive sales across in-store and online platforms (including wine and whisky website sales).
  • Assist with planning and executing party service offerings.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as stock control, orders, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth processing of online orders.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain store presentation and product knowledge.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure client satisfaction.


Qualifications and experience

  • Grade 12
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related would be an Advantage
  • 2-3 Years’ experience in retail environment (FMCG)
  • 1-2 Years’ experience in a assistant manager position
