Managed People Solutions is seeking experienced and energetic Merchandisers to join our team during the busy peak season! This is a fantastic short-term opportunity (2 months) to showcase your merchandising skills and gain valuable retail experience with a leading national brand.
Successful candidates will be placed in various retail stores across Margate and Port Shepstone, ensuring our products are perfectly displayed and meet brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Determine stock to be merchandised and draw stock requirements.
Check product vintage, shelf quality, stock rotation, and price accuracy.
Execute merchandising activities as per the cycle brief.
Record and report on daily merchandising activities.
Provide feedback on customer queries, complaints, and requests.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions.
Communicate effectively with store staff and team members.
Advise the RSM on out-of-stock products.
Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) – essential.
1–2 years’ merchandising experience within the retail environment.
Vibrant personality with excellent communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Contract Duration: 2 Months (Peak Season Support)
Location: Margate / Port Shepstone, KZN
